Provides problem resolution, analysis, specifications and configurations, coordination, testing, maintenance, and installation of computer/mobile device based software and hardware, peripherals (such as printers, scanners, microphones) and other related equipment (such as UPS, projectors, carts). Provides informal training of computer/mobile device users. Provides support in the maintenance of asset control and adherence to departmental/system policy directives and maintains the highest level of data security. Provides technical training and knowledge transfer to department personnel/colleagues.
As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
