The Network Specialist Level III employee is responsible for advanced level troubleshooting and problem analysis, design, support, monitoring and documenting of the organizations computer network. This network includes LAN’s, WAN’s, WLAN’s, VLAN’s, Internet, Intranet, Personal Computers, Backup Systems, Security Systems, E-mail Systems, Operating Systems and Software Applications. This individual will develop and follow best practices and standards surrounding the performance, availability, automation, security and administration of the corporate network. High quality customer service will be provided to all users of the corporate network.
As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
