The RN Recruiter designs, develops, and implements nurse recruitment initiatives which impact the entire organization. This role includes planning around internal and external marketing, the candidate recruitment process, retention and career counseling. He/She works in collaboration with the overall recruitment and Human Resource teams and provides active recruitment. He/She builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to proactively meet the needs. Recruitment activities include screening, interviewing, reference verifications, education and license verification, legal compliance, and hiring recommendations. Other responsibilities include public speaking, participating in/sponsoring job fairs, participation in new employee orientation and employee retention.
